ADSUN is the data controller, so is our Client

ADSUN for Business is provided as an additional feature to facilitate corporate payment for the User authorized to use the Service of ADSUN during the working process.
When an organization (“Client”) chooses to use ADSUN for Business, Authorized Users are given the option of tagging their own trips or other transactions for the Customer or tagging it as a personal trip. . The authorized user is referred to in the ADSUN Privacy Policy as a passenger.
As part of this feature, ADSUN will disclose travel and booking details that an Authorized User has tagged as for business purposes to Customer. In addition, ADSUN does not disclose other Authorized User Personal Data to Customer.

Additionally, an individual user can choose to set up a business profile in the App to facilitate tagging of work-related trips and generate aggregate trip reports to facilitate convenient for sending requests from their employer. When used in this mode, claims are controlled by the user and the user’s owner does not need to be Customer.

For ease of reference, Authorized Users and individual users will each be referred to as “Users” and collectively as “Users” in this Appendix.

ADSUN is the data controller, so is our Client

  • contacting Users for purposes outlined in the ADSUN Privacy Policy.

By introducing such User to an Application, ADSUN will process the User’s Personal Data in accordance with ADSUN’s Privacy Policy and this Addendum.

What ADSUN reveals to its Clients

ADSUN will disclose relevant travel and booking information as determined by ADSUN from time to time to the Customer to facilitate Business Billing.

IV. OBLIGATIONS OF THE ASSETS

Customers and ADSUN will:
